Package 1 - Small Business: 4 Hours (10% discount)
For small to medium businesses (SMBs) that need quality network diagrams, we have this basic package that meets most needs. This option is to purchase discounted time from a Verutus cybersecurity analyst for the purpose of documenting a network diagram and Data Flow Diagram (DFD). From the perspective of NIST 800-171 and CMMC, there is no "easy button" tool that can generate network diagrams to address the scoping considerations that must be accounted for.
This requires a knowledgeable cybersecurity analyst to ask the proper questions to be able to generate a quality product. This package includes up to four (4) hours of a cybersecurity analyst's time to create network and data flow diagrams (cybersecurity analyst time is tracked in 15 minute increments (.25 hours)). This equates to a 10% savings on labor costs by buying a bundle.*
What You Get: The following items are provided as part of this package in provided in JPG, PDF and Visio formats:
High-level network diagram (CMMC scoping guidance is included as part of the network diagram)
Data Flow Diagram (DFD) (high-level, visual representation of how Federal Contract Information (FCI) and/or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) is received, processed and transmitted to identify all the relevant stakeholders involved in that data lifecycle).
How The Process Works:
You place your order online.
A cybersecurity analyst will be assigned to you, who will contact you to schedule a voice or video call to gather some basic information needed to generate the network diagram and Data Flow Diagram (DFD).
Your cybersecurity analyst will take the information you provide to manually generate the documentation.
Once the documentation is complete, you will be provided with a draft version for your review. If any changes are required, those changes will be made. Upon acceptance, you will receive the order files in electronic format (JPG, PDF and Visio formats).
* If you exceed the number or labor hours in the package, you can add additional hours at the bundle price (e.g., $180/hr)
